Sunbrite Coastal
- A contemporary Beach House with considered detailing drawing on the local vernacular. The character & materiality is reflective of typical Beach House & original Queenslander fine timber detailing.
- A Northern courtyard was created between the street-front carport & main dwelling living spaces to capitalise on Northern aspect light, breeze & the beachside location.
- Pitched roof forms reflect the beach house typology & provide opportunities for raked ceilings to maximise internal spatial volumes. The opportunity extends to then allow beautiful expressed timber detailing. Interior Design was left as a neutral palette with light materials & finishes able to be dressed up with coastal furniture pieces & artwork.
